During the Agile Tour Qu\u00e9bec, my colleague Simon-Pierre Morin challenged me to write a blog related to our presentation on the agile project tracking dashboard. What a trap! I realize that one blog won't be enough! So Simon-Pierre and I are preparing a series of blogs based on the main points of our conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because the subject sparked an interesting discussion between Simon-Pierre and me. For my part, I've just joined the Kurios IT team, following a term in which I held the role of interim product manager for over a year. During this period, I was responsible for reporting on development projects and contributed to the revision of project management processes within my organization. For his part, Simon Pierre is currently supporting a program manager, responsible for monitoring the progress of software development in a manufacturing group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By taking an interest in Simon-Pierre's work, I discovered some interesting solutions to the difficulty I frequently encounter in building an accountability tool with data from agile planning tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our blog series will therefore explore the needs and challenges faced by a manager wishing to track the progress of his agile projects, and will also look at Simon-Pierre's practical solutions using Power BI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
