Job summary :

We are looking for a Senior Architect to help expand our services in industrial IT/OT infrastructure and cybersecurity.

This role is intended for a senior professional capable of bridging the gap between corporate IT environments, industrial networks, automation teams, and cybersecurity challenges. We are looking for someone who understands the realities on the ground but who can also take a step back, design a target architecture, explain their recommendations in plain language, and guide clients in their decision-making.

As a Senior Architect, you will serve as a technical point of contact for our industrial clients and internal teams. You will participate in the analysis, design, and security of IT/OT environments, while helping to develop our standards, delivery approaches, and service offerings.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and validate secure IT/OT architectures;
  • Analyze existing environments and identify risks, gaps, and priorities;
  • Recommend roadmaps for modernization and security;
  • Advise clients on network segmentation, remote access, industrial DMZs, monitoring, backup, and resilience;
  • Explain technical issues in layman's terms to management, IT teams, business teams, and operations;
  • Serve as a technical lead for internal teams;
  • Support the sales team in identifying customer needs and presenting solutions;
  • Contribute to the development of KuriosIT's IT/OT offerings.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a strong background in infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity, and a good understanding of industrial or mission-critical environments.

The ideal candidate is not just a technical expert; they are also a consultant who can listen, organize, prioritize, and propose realistic solutions.

Desired experience:

  • Significant experience in infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or architecture.
  • Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, mining, pharmaceutical, energy, or critical environments.
  • A solid understanding of hybrid IT/OT environments.
  • Experience with technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, virtualization, backup, monitoring, and identity and access management.
  • Ability to produce clear deliverables: analysis, target architecture, recommendations, roadmap, or technical documentation.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Assets :

  • Familiarity with the Purdue, ISA-95, IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, or ISO 27001 frameworks.
  • Experience with solutions such as Armis, Dragos, Nozomi, Claroty, Tenable.OT, Microsoft Sentinel, or Microsoft Defender.
  • Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or Intune.
  • Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI, or other industrial systems.
  • Relevant certifications: GICSP, CISSP, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, IEC 62443, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or equivalent.
  • Experience in consulting, pre-sales, auditing, or risk analysis.
