Dashboard Template for Agile Projects

As part of the Agile tour Québec 2023, I presented screenshots of a dashboard that meets my managerial needs for product managment.
This dashboard allows me to:
- Follow the project management indicators, such as scope, budget, and schedule.
- Follow the agile indicators, such as business value or the progress of features.
- Mease earned value from one sprint to another.
- Forcast on all the indicators
- Taking into consideration both visual and auditory stakeholders.
At the request of the conference participants, I am sharing a template of this dashboard.
