Dashboard template for agile projects
As part of theAgile tour Québec 2023I presented screenshots of a dashboard that met my needs as a manager for reporting on the portfolio for which I was responsible.
This dashboard allows me to :
- Follow standard project management levers, such as scope, budget and schedule tracking.
- Monitor more agile indicators, such as business value or features progress.
- Measure progress from one sprint to the next.
- Make projections on various project indicators.
- Consider both visual and auditory stakeholders.
At the request of conference participants, I'm sharing a template of this dashboard.
